A TollTag is a small windshield sticker that cuts North Texas drivers’ bills in half. People love saving money. But they don’t trust tolling authorities. Who do they trust? Their friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, etc.

The Idea

“Word of Mouth.” Except instead of hiring everyone’s friends to tell people about TollTags, we did the next best thing: We brought in puppets. Yes, puppets. They look like drivers, thought like drivers, talked like drivers – and best of all, could be trusted like a friend.
